Chest - Take the measurement at the middle of your chest. See diagram (1)

Bottom measurements (BOTTOM)

Waist - Measure the part of your waist, located at the level from the navel. See diagram (4)

Inside Leg - Measure the inside of your leg, from the inside leg to the ankle. (5)
